This talented lady has self-taught her way into plant-based culinary excellence. Her dishes are nutrient packed packages of flavorful goodness. The stars of Sanctum are the made-from-scratch sauces that accompany her unique salads and grain bowls. But the list of delicious dishes range from satisfying appetizers to crave-worthy burrinis, which are a twist on a burrito and a panini. Most of the menu is vegan with some additional options for those who’d like to partake in some eggs and dairy for breakfast.
Chelsie and her husband and partner, Jamie did an incredible job at shifting gears in the time of lockdown. They re-formatted their entire business online for take-out and delivery and have become a lifeline for local farmers and producers by creating an online farmer’s market. Thankfully the skills learned from starting out in meal-delivery have come in handy as the whole East End Market collective has teamed up to offer a meal delivery truck during this time of lockdown.
