A cute as can be food truck, or rather Airstream trailer, in Seaside where 99% of all ingredients in everything served is organic. The menu offers smoothies, juice, puddings, wraps, small plates, and shots. Ordered the Universe Smoothie and Sweet Monkey Wrap for my boy and the Best Oatmeal for moi. Although everything was delish, the overall winner was the Sweet Monkey Wrap, really tasty, great combo in texture and taste. When open til 8pm the menu changes at 6pm to a much smaller spread.
Days & Hours of Operation: In season hours are 8am-8pm daily, off season hours are 8am-6pm daily.
