What’s Clean
For the most part, the produce used at Picnik is local and organically grown, depending on the season. The chicken is organic and pastured, the seafood is wild-caught and the beef is 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised. Everything Picnik serves is soy, gluten, peanut, and corn free.
What’s Served
This Picnik location offers bone broth, butter coffee, gluten-free pastries, and Grab & Go pre-made foods. Some of the grab & go food options are breakfast tacos, toasts, oatmeal, wraps, and muffins.
What I Ordered
On the day of our visit to this location, it was rainy with temperatures in the 40’s. We ordered the Chaga Hot Chocolate to warm us up and a Mocha Latte cold brew for the road. The Chaga hot chocolate was creamy and warm, with a rich chocolate flavor. The Mocha Latte is addictive, no joke.
The Vibe
Picnik occupies a former shipping container turned stationary food truck. The decor in the eating area is charming and beautifully laid out. I visited on a very cold day and the heat lamps were blaring, so nice!
The Takeaway
I adore the space Picnik has created here and of course, I love the food and mindset. And don’t forget their famous Butter Coffee complete with MCT oil! Slurp, slurp!
