What’s Clean
Just about all ingredients used in everything Clean Juice serves are organic. If any of the ingredients are not organic on a given day, each Clean Juice store provides a list of those ingredients in plain sight. At the time of my review, the non-organic ingredients at the Oviedo location were the charcoal, gluten-free bread, whey protein, and sea salt. Big deal, I’ll take it. Clean Juice never adds sugar to anything they serve.
What’s Served
The menu consists of cold-pressed juices, açaí bowls, smoothies, coffee, nut mylks, and a few small bites such as oat bowls and toast.
What I Ordered
I’ve sampled many menu items at several different Clean Juice locations. Today I ordered an Acai Bowl with gluten-free flakes in place of the granola and the Red Juice. The toppings are always good, except I have to say this is the first time I’ve tried the GF flakes and I’m not a fan. The Acai itself tastes fine but does not get all soupy and yummy. I recently discovered that they use a powdered form of acai instead of frozen…boo! The Red juice was delish as are all of their organic cold-pressed juices and nut Mylks. The toasts are pretty delish as well.
The Vibe
The juice shop is typical of other locations with lots of wood and shabby chic decor. Limited seating is available at a bar indoors.
The Takeaway
Clean Juice in Oviedo FL is close to UCF where the presence of clean juice or food of any kind is slim to none. Stop by and show your support, we appreciate Clean Juice.
