What’s Clean
The acai, pitaya, and coffee are organic. The menu specifies which ingredients are organic. There are enough organic ingredients to put together a customized organic smoothie or bowl. That being said, the menu board reads “organic yogurt” but the containers were in plain sight and the yogurt was clearly not organic…to be sure I confirmed with the staff. Ask, ask, ask! The ingredients used to make the cold-pressed juices are not all organic.
What’s Served
Swami offers cold-pressed juices, smoothies, shots, and fruit bowls. The most recent addition to the menu is an Avocado Bar serving a variety of avocado toasts.
What I Ordered
Although not made with 100% organic ingredients, I sampled the Pink Yogi and it was quite good in texture and flavor.
The Vibe
The Heights Public Market is a recently constructed food hall with new finishes and a happening vibe. A super nice outdoor courtyard is located behind the market. Tables are provided in front of the Swami booth as well.
The Takeaway
This Swami location is inside the Heights Public Market. You’ll have to customize your order if you want to ensure it’s made with organic ingredients but they are a winner in the yummy department. They have 4 other locations in Florida.
