At Blend & Press Wellness Bar, most of the ingredients are organic and everything is scratch-made, on site.
Blend and Press Wellness Bar serves cold-pressed juices, smoothies, snacks, salads, nut mylks, shots, açaí bowls, and popsicles. Popsicle creations include Watermelon Wellness which is made with watermelon, green tea, raw honey, bee pollen, and camu camu. Next, how about giving the Chai Powder Smoothie a try. A few of its unique ingredients include pumpkin seeds, spirulina, and cashews. Otherwise, the Belly Boost sounds simple but on point; probiotics and aloe vera…bam!
What I Ordered
We sampled the Açaí Bowl, the Cacao Cream Smoothie, and the Tart Tonic Pop. The smoothie was creamy and delicious with a rich chocolatey flavor, not icy like many smoothies I’ve tasted. The açaí is blended fresh when ordered which is greatly appreciated, thank you Blend & Press Wellness Bar for avoiding the scooped acai version. Similarly, the toppings were also fresh and the acai base was certainly robust with flavor, but I would have liked a bit more fruit toppings. The ice pop was tart, true to its name, and popped with flavor. All 3 menu items we sampled were pleasing to the palate. Lastly, it was quite apparent they were made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Blend & Press Wellness Bar shares its space with the HUB Yoga Studio. Subsequently, the inviting area is chill and zen as one would expect in a yoga studio. However, a limited amount of seating is provided.
Located at the forefront of the HUB Yoga Studio, Blend & Press Wellness Bar is a fantastic place to grab a super clean smoothie, juice or treat. As a result, they are a clear two thumbs up across the board. Finally, Kudos to Blend & Press Wellness Bar for providing us with clean and tasty food choices in the heart of Savannah.
