What’s Clean
Although the degree of ingredient cleanliness seems to vary with each Main Squeeze Juice Co. location, in general, I’m finding approximately 75% of all ingredients are organic with the fruit making up most of the 25% non-organic ingredients. The nut butters and nut mylks at some locations are not organic. In addition, the ingredients in the Avo and Nut Butter Toasts are not 100% organic. As always, ask more specifics about the ingredients.
What’s Served
Main Squeeze Juice Co. serves smoothies, cold pressed juices, açaí bowls, wellness shots, cashew mylks, coffee, and coffee blends. Several locations serve avocado and nut butter toasts as well. With juices named Glow, Vitality, Vision, and Awaken, who could pass up a juice with those subliminal messages. Their bowl options include 2 Acai varieties, as well as a Pitaya Bowl and a Green Bowl.
What I Ordered
It was too late in the day to order their Fueled Coffee or Mocha Frozen Blended Coffee, so I opted for an Activated Charcoal Lemon Drink and a Lemon-Ginger-Cayenne Shot. The charcoal lemon drink was quite tasty and the portion size seemed larger than the norm. The shot was potent as one might expect with the ingredient combo listed, high quality and not watered down like some.
The Vibe
In general, each Main Squeeze Juice Co. occupies a large space that is clean and bright. Finishings always include wood and metal which lend to the industrial chic/farm chic vibe.
The Takeaway
Main Squeeze Juice Co offers mostly clean cold pressed juices, smoothies, coffees, toasts, and bowls. What I love about Main Squeeze is that they offer samples of their many juices. Help yourself to a sample and alleviate the second guessing as to which juice flavor will tickle your taste buds. Main Squeeze Juice Co. is a chain with several locations in Louisiana and Texas.
