Raw Republic offers house-made nut milks, many varieties of cold-pressed juice, made to order smoothies, and toasts. Their Grab & Go section is stocked with several delicious salad varieties, grain bowls, and snacks.
What I Ordered
We walked out with an Immunity Boost shot which was amazingly fresh and popped with strong lemon and ginger flavors, wow!
The Vibe
Raw Republic has a super clean feel with chic and modern decor. There is limited seating downstairs but take a trek upstairs and settle in at a cozy window seat or table.
The Takeaway
Inside this great little juice shop, you will find super clean foods, juices, and smoothies. Raw Republic is a definite Clean Foodie top pick for NOLA…they walk the walk. Also, there’s a retail space upstairs that sells clean body care and other fun items. I witnessed them unpacking products while stocking the shelves and overheard the employees talk about how they compost their packing materials. Much Respect Raw Republic!
