Other than a few minute ingredients such as honey, most everything is organic at The Fresh Press. The cold-pressed juices are always 100% organic. Local sourcing is a priority when available and just about everything is scratch-made.
In addition to Cold-Pressed Juice, The Fresh Press serves Green and Grain Bowls, as well as Acai, Pitaya, and Dragonfruit Bowls. You’ll also find amazing Smoothies, Lattes, and Teas. You won’t find your typical boring smoothies and coffees here, oh no, think edible and drinkable gourmet nutrition. How does a Golden Lion Latte sound? Comprised of Turmeric, Ginger, Lions Mane, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Black Pepper, and House Cashew Milk…yes please! In the mood for a smoothie? Made with Blueberries, Basil, Kiwi, Banana, Flax, Spinach, and Oat Milk, the Blue Basil Smoothie sounds like a great combo, can’t wait to try it.
What I Ordered
I selected a Black Lemonade out of the Grab & Go case. Made with filtered water, lemon, maple syrup, and infused with activated charcoal, wow, what a good choice! Lip puckering goodness that’s not watered down like some, super refreshing and high quality.
Unfortunately, we haven’t made it to the York ME location of The Fresh Press as of yet, but hopefully, that will be on the schedule soon. However, we have visited the Portsmouth location and that is modern and clean with a nice feel. Let us know what your experience was like, leave a review and a photo or two in the “leave your own review” section.
You can’t go wrong here, it’s always so nice when one doesn’t have to wonder about the cleanliness of ingredients. With 2 sister locations in Boston and Portsmouth, pay them a visit and enjoy some high quality, all organic, yummy food & beverages packed with nutrients.
