What’s Clean
Most of the cold-pressed juice selections at Franklin Juice co are 100% organic. However, there are a few juices that do not contain 100% organic ingredients and they are clearly labeled and grouped separately. Approximately 60-65% of the fresh and frozen produce used in the smoothies and acai bowls is organic, as is the coffee. The coconut milk is not organic.
What’s Served
Franklin Juice Co serves more than cold-pressed juices. The menu offers 9 varieties of acai bowls, including pitaya and mango based varieties. Smoothies, kombucha, and wellness shots round out the rest of the menu.
What I Ordered
I ordered the Southern Acai Bowl which was overflowing with fresh fruit and absolutely amazing in the taste department. The acai was smooth and creamy, not icy like some. On another occasion, I sampled house-made nut milk which was velvety smooth and quite sweet.
The Vibe
Located inside The Factory at Franklin food hall, the brick-lined floors and high open ceilings of this indoor marketplace lend to a charming neighborhood feel. Comfy couches and chairs are offered just outside the Juice Bar, with just a few barstools available inside.
The Takeaway
Franklin Juice Co does a great job of creating delicious bowls, juices, and smoothies in great locations. Many of the ingredients are clean, for better clarity, ask for more specifics before ordering.
