At Sublime Tree, the coffee and most of the fresh and frozen produce is certified organic. The almond and coconut milks are store-bought but they are both organic. Bread options include organic, vegan, and gluten-free. For the most part, the cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and bowls are made with a majority of organic ingredients, ask for more specifics. All of the smoothies can be made vegan if desired. The house-made granola is gluten-free
Sublime Tree serves quinoa, acai, and pitaya bowls, smoothies, and wellness shots, along with sandwiches, toasts, and coffee that round out the menu. There are several different smoothie options which include “Build your Own”, Protein, Fruit, Chocolate, and Green varieties. The Grab & Go case offers nut milks and raw cold-pressed juices that are juiced on-site, as well as puddings, and salads.
What I Ordered
I have sampled several menu items over the years and everything has been pretty amazing. The smoothies at Sublime Tree are off the charts delish. Today I chose a Vanilla Chia Pudding out of the grab & go case. Made in house with coconut milk, vanilla, agave, and chia seeds, with some blueberries mixed in, then topped with fresh organic blueberries, raspberries, and a few slices of strawberries.
A happy place is what comes to mind, with pops of color and clean, simple decor. Table seating is available inside with bar seating as well. A few tables are available along the front sidewalk as well. Oh wait, and they have a drive-thru, yay!!
Sublime Tree is a must stop for me when in Roswell GA. The juices, shots, smoothies, and bowls are the menu options that are more organic/clean. The smoothies are insanely yum as are the puddings and fresh-pressed nut milks. Love the drive-thru, very few quality smoothie/juice bars have that to offer.
