What’s Clean
Fully Rooted sources much of their produce from local New England growers and farms when in season, with a priority given to organic and organically grown fruits and veggies. When not available locally, they secure a mixture of conventional and organic produce from other parts of the country.
What’s Served
Fully Rooted serves cold-pressed juices with unique flavor combinations and Kombucha on tap, as well as wellness shots, coffee, and bottled cold-pressed juices.
What I Ordered
I ordered a cold-pressed juice on tap, named Green Lemonade. This was my first experience with juice from a tap, and although refreshing and tasty, I did find it to be a little thinner than most juices. That being said, they do state that water is not added to their juices so maybe my choice was just more heavily weighted with Cucumber Juice versus Spinach and Green Apple. Extra bonus points were given for packaging in reusable glass bottles, thank you Fully Rooted.
The Vibe
All of their juice is pressed at this Pawtucket location. It’s a small efficient space, with simple decor.
The Takeaway
In addition to the Pawtucket location, Fully Rooted has another brick and mortar shop in Providence. You’ll also find them at several local Farmers’ Markets. Fully Rooted Kombucha is served at many local entities including Bol of Love and Borealis Coffee, to name a few.
