What’s Clean
The majority of the extensive menu is organic, raw, and plant-based. Sourcing organic and organically grown ingredients is a big priority but at times, certain ingredients are not available. Ask for more specifics. The juices are cold-pressed and the blended fruit bowls are made to order. Just about everything is scratch-made in-house and the nuts are soaked/sprouted for the nut milks.

Southern Pressed Juicery serves so much more than Cold-Pressed Juices. The menu offers Acai, Pitaya, and blended Fruit Bowls, Superfood Lattes and Smoothies, Shots, Cleanses, Small Plates, Salads, Snacks, and Granola varieties. You’ll find delectables such as Avo Chocolate Pudding, Southern Cauli Rolls, Luna Lattes, and interestingly named juices like Hippie Lettuce, and Moon Shinin’. Don’t miss the Grab & Go case that is typically stocked with Raw Yogurt, Salads, Raw Cookies, and more.
What I Ordered
I visited Southern Pressed Juicery 3 times in a single week and ordered the Bees Knees Acai Bowl, a Green Monstah Acai Bowl, a Hot Mess Cold-Pressed Juice, and a Cocolia Almond Mylk. First off, the freshly made acai blends were robust with a fruity flavor and slurpable towards the end when it melted a bit, so good. The fresh fruit toppings were perfectly ripened and the crunchy granolas were not dry like some varieties. Bees Knees earned the sweet award out of the two, and surprisingly, the nutritious cacao-kale granola on the Green Monstah was truly delish. Hot Mess is an appropriate name for the lip-smacking juice with just a touch of heat from the cayenne. The Cocolila Mylk was velvety smooth with a thicker consistency than most and popped with a rich chocolate flavor.

Located in lovely downtown Greenville, Southern Pressed Juicery boasts farmhouse chic furnishings and finishings. Ample seating is available inside at the long bar or family-style table as well as a few comfy cozy leather chairs.
The Takeaway
Without a doubt, Southern Pressed Juicery is a clear step above the rest. It takes clean to the extreme and offers amazing tasting superfood creations that are drool-worthy.
