At Vermont Juice Company, most of the produce and other ingredients are organic or organically grown. Local sourcing is a priority as well, when available. The juices are raw, cold-pressed, fresh, and void of HPP.
Vermont Juice Company serves approximately 15 cold-pressed juice varieties, several nut mylks, a few smoothies, superfood bowls, and a choice of 5 different juice cleanse combos. Seasonal juice flavors are also offered. Superfood blended fruit bowls include bases of acai, pitaya, avocado, and banana.
What I Ordered
I chose a green juice from the Grab & Go case named Green Mountain Medley which included kale and spinach greens along with lemon, celery, and apple. Loved the flavor profile as the sweetness of the apple and punch of tartness from the lemon made for a very refreshing and light cold-pressed juice.
Tucked just off of the sidewalk along Main Street in downtown Burlington, the modest-sized and decorated Juice Bar is in a perfect spot to pick up a jolt of nutrition from its grab & go section or order a made-to-order smoothie or bowl. There are only a few seats with tiny tables offered indoors.
Vermont Juice Company does a great job at preserving whole nutrition by juicing via the cold-pressed method and keeping it raw while using clean organic ingredients. They are conveniently located and the closest Juice Bar to bustling Church St in downtown Burlington.
