The market is on the smaller side and offers a decent amount of clean grocery items and health food supplements. Summer Day Market carries a lot of gluten free foods. There is a cafe that serves organic smoothies, organic juices, soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps.
The Takeaway
The smoothie I ordered was not good at all; it had an icy consistency and lacked flavor. I was hoping they were just having an “off” day but after viewing the soups, which I did not even want to try, I’m not sure about that. Summer Day Market & Cafe is a bare-bones kind of place and a bit unorganized but they do have a good amount of clean groceries. At the time of my visit, Summer Day Market & Cafe was the only place in town serving anything clean.
