Rollin Oats in St Pete is a good sized health food and grocery store with a varied assortment of clean foods available. Clean shelf stable, bulk items, dry goods, organic non-dairy and bulk foods are offered as well as a large selection of beers and wines, some of which are refrigerated. Rollin Oats offers vegan and gluten free groceries as well as clean beef, pork, cold cuts, and organic chicken. You will only find 100% organic produce of which much is locally sourced. You will not find foods containing any of the following ingredients in their store: antibiotics, artificial colors, preservatives or sweeteners, growth hormones, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, MSG, nitrates or nitrites.

Rollin Oats is a locally owned grocery store with another location in Tampa. They have been providing us with organic and natural foods in the Tampa/St Pete area for over 25 years. I appreciate their commitment to carrying organic produce only and for having stringent restrictions on the food that enters their store. Thank you Rollin Oats! Unfortunately, their Cafe does not meet our minimum requirements and is therefore not included in this review.
