The Savory Gourmet Market is a combination deli/restaurant/market offering grass-fed and pasture-raised beef and lamb, organic chicken & turkey, and a limited selection of wild-caught sushi-grade seafood. Everything is non-GMO and 98% of the pre-made meals are Gluten-Free. Much of the deli meats and cheeses are imported from Italy, while most of the cheese selections are made with milk from grass-fed cows. The Gluten-Free rice flour is imported from Italy as well. Except for the bread and bagels, just about everything is made from scratch, including the roast beef, turkey breast, and ham, all with low sodium. Many of the imported foods are DOP certified and are without sprays, coatings, or injections. Chef Adam prepares the ready to take home meals daily, such as Herb Marinated Grilled Organic Chicken, Chicken Marsala, Eggplant Parmigiana, and Short Rib Manicotti to name a few. If you’re hungry, order breakfast or lunch at the deli counter. Breakfast options include omelettes, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches while the lunch menu offers salads, hot & cold sandwiches, pizzas, and soups. There’s a small selection of desserts such as cookies, brownies, and cakes but they are not made with organic ingredients. Wine is available by the bottle. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are plentiful.
