Hopey & Company boasts a warehouse feel and offers many clean foods that are not often found in traditional markets. The vegan food selection is quite impressive with a vast amount of choices. Gluten-free options are also plentiful and the huge beer and wine selection occupies the entire front corner section of the store. There’s a decent amount of fresh organic produce available, of which some selections are grown locally. Several of the beef choices are 100% grass-fed and some of the chicken is fed non-GMO feed. You’ll also find organic shelf-stable foods scattered throughout the store.

Hopey & Company is a budget-friendly grocery store that offers one of the best selections of vegan foods I have come across. Gluten-free options are also plentiful. The beer and wine offerings are pretty impressive with local craft beers and IPA’s abound. Although you won’t find fresh seafood at Hopey & Co and the Juice Bar does not meet our minimum requirements to earn a Clean Foodie review, it is a solid choice when seeking clean and unique foods, as well as beer and wine for lower prices. With a sister location in Black Mountain NC, make Hopey & Co a regular stop to shop…your wallet will thank you.
