Apple Ridge Farm is a Certified Naturally Grown farm where you’ll find wall coolers packed with pastured and organically raised pork and chicken. Organic eggs straight from the hens roaming the property and hydroponic greens are available until sold out. Always made with only organic ingredients, the bakery churns out some of the best fermented and organic breads in all the land, both with seeded crusts or without. Even bread made with low gluten Einkorn grains is baked on the property in wood-fired brick ovens. Croissants, cookies, muffins, and pretzels are also offered, including chocolate croissants made with fermented dough, drool!

Everything from the bakery is fermented, except for the cookies, muffins, and pretzels.
