Dundore & Heister is a whole animal butchery and is known for its clean Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Lamb that is pastured, and organically raised. In addition to meats, you’ll also find other food items and produce from local farms that practice organic growing methods. Grass-fed and local cheeses are also available as are house-made condiments and sausages. Can you say salsa, marinades, tonics, and spreads? You’ll also find many different flavors of Bone Broth, scratch-made on site of course, and even fresh cold-pressed juices.
