Most of the ingredients used at this amazing bakery are organic. All of the breads are made with organic flours, kneaded by hand, and baked in stone-lined hearths. Even their jams, eggs, nut milks, and coffees are organic. Le Pain Quotidien utilizes seasonal ingredients and offers many gluten-free options, including some baked goods and breads.
Le Pain Quotidien serves small bites, freshly baked goodies, breads, tartines, salads, smoothies, juice made to order, coffee, entrees, breakfast, specialty drinks, and soups.
What I Ordered
I sampled the chocolate croissant and ate the whole thing without coming up for air. The croissant was good enough to eat without having to warm it.
The atmosphere is lovely and warm with quality finishings and a European cafe flair.
Bread at Belgium inspired Le Pain Quotidien bakery is made with organic stone-ground flour, sea salt, water, and a wild yeast levain starter; it doesn’t get any better than that. I love this place! A bakery that uses so many organic ingredients along with healthy baking methods is a rare find. They are located along a wing outside the mall near the big slide. There’s another location in Miami as well as many across the US and Europe.
