The majority of ingredients used at Honeybee Seasonal Kitchen & Market are taken straight from the market’s inventory where 90% of everything is organic, organically grown or raised. Vegan and gluten-free choices are plentiful and just about everything is made from scratch including the salad dressings. The chicken is pasture-raised and supplemented with non-GMO feed. The meats are also pasture-raised and either 100% grass-fed or supplemented with non-GMO grains.
Honeybee Seasonal Kitchen serves smoothies, wraps, soups, and small bites, all made to order. On non-Covid days, they offer a fresh salad bar at the kitchen counter.
What I Ordered
Unfortunately, I visited during Covid and therefore the cafe was closed. I was able to sample a few sides from the grab & go case, which were superb. I did take some bone broth with me for the road and grabbed a Vegan and Gluten-Free Chickpea Toona for lunch, which was outstanding. So good in fact, putting my fork down was nearly impossible. Fresh, real food morphed into delectable eats, yum!
