The Cafe at 4th Generation Organic Market uses all organic ingredients all of the time. And, what a variety of clean food available, wow! They also offer many delectable vegan and gluten-free options.
What’s Served
The Cafe menu includes a few traditional breakfast offerings until 11am. Beyond that, you’ll find coffee, smoothies, juices made to order, wellness shots, sandwiches, wraps, and soups. Traditional deli foods are also offered with vegan options as well. Last but not even close to being least, is the artful assortment of house-made desserts…drool! The wrap and sandwich menu offers more vegan than non-vegan choices such as the Chicken-Free Salad, Tempeh Reuben, and the Raw Hummus Falafel Wrap.
What I Ordered
I sampled the Turkey Rueben Panini. The sandwich consisted of roasted turkey topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and 1001 island dressing on toasted and sprouted whole wheat bread. The sandwich was good, not to die for good, but I’d certainly order it again. The toast was pressed panini-style, which I prefer but the sandwich itself could have used more dressing and been a bit moister. Let’s move on to the bakery items…which ARE jaw-droppingly good! Rarely do I come across bakery foods that are 100% organic, and even more rare is that they’re better than the norm. Yep, both boxes are checked here! The bakery goodies are over the top amazing at 4th Generation Organic Market & Cafe!
The Vibe
The cafe is tucked away in the back corner of the market with several tables for dining indoors. It’s nothing fancy, just simple wood tables and chairs with tile floors and several windows allowing natural sunlight to fill the open area. Outdoor seating is not provided.
The Takeaway
What a nice find and a must stop if in Boca! Oh…and the market is amazing as well!
