Health tea has applied to be the first certified organic restaurant in the entire state of Florida. Everything is certified organic except for the butter croissant and the tortilla for the wraps but they do offer a gluten free and organic substitute. They make their teas from organic scratch herbs and fruits and they are brewed to order. They also make all their organic dressings from scratch. The menu offerings consist of breakfast sandwiches and small plates. Salads and wraps make up the rest of the menu and don’t forget their hot and iced teas. I ordered the oriental salad and glamorous tea without a sweetener. The dried fruits added enough sweetness to the tea and the fruity flavor was refreshing and satisfying. The salad was good as well, a unique combination of ingredients that worked nicely with the Thai dressing.
