An all vegan, gluten free, nut free, dairy free, non-GMO bakery and cafe that uses approximately 90-95% organic ingredients on a consistent basis. Everything is scratch made.
What’s Served
Four different varieties of scratch made vegan burgers, salads, bakery items, appetizers, mains, paleo treats, coffee and tea. Food choices include Blondie’s Loaded Quesadilla, Salsa & Avocado Relish, Chicken Chipotle Avocado Wrap, and a Vegan Dawg.
What I Ordered
I sampled the soy free Hawaiian Chickpea Burger on a house made Gluten Free Bun with a side of Cauliflower Rice and a Paleo Custard Brownie. Alkaline water was served as well. The burger was moist and held its form. I enjoyed the taste which had just the right amount of seasonings and the bun was one of the best GF buns I’ve had.

The Takeaway
Blondie’s caters to just about every dietary need there is. They create incredible clean and “free of all the bads” food and yummy baked goods. The owner/chef is amazing at what she does and is extremely conscientious about the cleanliness of the ingredients. Finding the place was a challenge, even with my GPS. Blondie’s is located next to Game Stop behind Total Wine. Stop by and show them your love.
