What’s Clean
The beef is 100% grass fed and the seafood is wild caught and frozen. Most of the produce is organic as well as the mylks. If organic produce is not available, then they follow the Clean 15/Dirty Dozen philosophy. The chicken is not organic. Ask for more specifics. Several vegan, paleo, ketogenic and gluten free options are available.

Kara Lynn’s Kitchen serves home-style meals such as salmon, burgers, quiche, salads, and soup.
What I Ordered
I ordered the bacon wrapped chicken which was a bit dry and nothing to write home about. The portion size, however, was quite large.
The Vibe
White, black and lime green make up the colors in this happy neighborhood cafe. Outdoor seating is available in front of Kara Lynn’s Kitchen along the sidewalk.
The Takeaway
Breakfast is served on Saturdays only, 11-2. I’m looking forward to my next review when I visit Kara Lynn’s Kitchen for breakfast.
