What’s Clean
The Energy Lab Cafe serves made to order juices and smoothies made with all organic fruits and veggies. Plant-based protein add-ins are available. The Kombucha is raw and made locally with organic ingredients. The coffee beans are organically grown and some of the teas are grown organically as well. The freshly baked treats are made with many clean ingredients, ask for more specifics. The ice cream is also organic.
What’s Served
In addition to organic juices and smoothies, The Energy Lab Cafe offers an extensive list of specialty teas served iced or hot. Artisan coffee is served every which way, including espressos and nitro cold brews. Locally baked fresh desserts are available in the Grab & Go section. If you want to indulge more than usual, try the Affogatos, a double shot of espresso over organic ice cream…drool!
What I Ordered
I ordered the Date Shake which was a creamy and delish mixture of almond milk, bananas, dates, almond butter, vanilla, cacao, and a smidge of cinnamon. Dreamy it was, partly due to the fact that the smoothies are made with fruits, veggies, and real ingredients…no ice is added, hooray!!
The Vibe
Located in a quiet area near downtown Clermont, The Energy Lab Cafe offers plenty of seating indoors as well as outdoors on the spacious patio.
The Takeaway
The Energy Lab Cafe serves the cleanest juices and smoothies in town and makes them with organic real food. They take great pride in their coffee and teas that truly are a step above the rest. Love the outdoor patio too!
