What’s Clean
At Fresh Fusion, apparently everything is organic, but when I see the grab and go case filled with items that are non-organic, one has to wonder. On the day of my review, the non-organic ingredients were the oranges, apples, OJ and everything in the grab & go case. The menu specifies several items as being organic but not others. I questioned this but received the same “everything is organic” response. As always, please ask for more specifics. Vegan options are available.
What’s Served
The menu is extensive, with lots of breakfast meals, soups, salads, wraps, vegan burgers, paninis, grain bowls, smoothies, and bowls.
What I Ordered
I sampled the Fusion Breakfast with turkey bacon, eggs, potatoes, and toast. The eggs and bacon were overdone and dry and the breakfast was nothing special in the yum department.
The Vibe
A simply decorated restaurant in a strip mall with tables and bar seating.
The Takeaway
I was disappointed in the taste and quality of the breakfast I sampled. We will give them another try next time we’re in the area.
