The beef served is typically either 100% grass fed or organic or both. The chicken is organic and the seafood is wild caught. Some of the produce and ancillary ingredients are certified organic, organically grown, or locally grown/sourced.
Cuvee serves American cuisine with seafood dishes being the most prominent menu offerings. In addition, they have a few steak dishes, a pasta dish, and a chicken dish.
What I Ordered
We ordered the Grouper Almandine with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Entree #2 was the Organic Fried Chicken served with seasonal vegetables and an organic greens salad. The fried chicken was moist, tender, delish and the portion size was actually a whole half of a chicken. The grouper was cooked to perfection as well as all of the veggies. The Brussels sprouts were my fave, as well as the pickled cuke slices. My son devoured the mashed potatoes…a very delish meal for both of us.
The newly remodeled interior at Cuvee Kitchen + Bar is dimly lit with an open feel and large bar that is centered in the dining room. The kitchen is partially open with access for viewing depending on table location.
