What I Ordered
We ordered a Berry Smoothie, Chicken Noodle Soup, and a Stir Fry dish. The stir fry was a little heavy on the soy sauce and unfortunately did not taste very fresh. The soup was hearty and full of veggies, but nothing to write home about in the taste department. The smoothie was of good quality with excellent consistency and taste.
The Mustard Seed Cafe is reminiscent of Grandma’s kitchen back in the day, with white doily-lined saucers and a mixture of country styled chairs around the tables.
Nassau Health Foods is a great little grocery store with a nice cafe serving many clean food choices that are decent tasting and reasonably priced.
