At Pizza Fusion the dough is house-made and the regular, gluten-free, and cauliflower crusts are all organic. The sauce and produce are organic, as well as the steak and pepperoni toppings.

Other than pizza, Pizza Fusion serves salads, sandwiches, “create your own” pizza, wraps, appetizers, dessert, organic sodas, teas, beer, and wine.
What I Ordered
I ordered the Hawaiian Pizza with Cauliflower Crust and a Pepperoni Gluten-Free Pizza. Although not GF, the cauliflower crust was packed with flavor while the texture was pleasantly denser than a traditional crust. The gluten-free crust was a bit dry and bland but the toppings were healthier than most pizza toppings, without the sacrifice in taste. However, the clear winner in both taste and texture was the Hawaiin Pizza atop the Cauliflower crust.
The Vibe
Pizza Fusion in Fort Meyers is located in a shopping plaza, the interior is rich with dark wood finishes. Table and bar seating is available indoors only.
The Takeaway
I’m thrilled to find a pizza place that actually offers enough organic ingredients to enjoy an all-organic pizza. At this time, the Fort Meyers location is the only one that provides the cauliflower crust, which is both organic and gluten-free. Pizza Fusion currently has another location in Weston FL.
