Organic house-made soups, organic smoothies, organic juice made to order, and organic salads. They offer salads in the warmer months and soups in the cooler months.
What I Ordered
I ordered a Brunch Bunch organic smoothie that was comprised of strawberries, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut juice. The smoothie was tasty with a creamy consistency, but nothing to write home about.
The Vibe
The cafe is located inside the Golden Almond Health Food Store where half of the store offers groceries and the other half is mostly supplements. The Organic Cafe is a small booth located along the back wall of the store. The store has been in existence for over 35 years, and as such, the decor is basic and seating is not provided. Prepare to take whatever you order with you.
The Takeaway
A great place to stop and pick up some clean food and supplements as well as a clean fresh-made smoothie, juice, soup or salad. However, the service has been a bit slow during each of my 3 visits to this cafe. The cafe has a limited menu and its hours of operation are limited.
