What’s Clean
At this Cafe Surfinista location, the cold-pressed juices are 100% organic and about 20% of all other menu ingredients are as well. Typically they follow the Clean 15 & Dirty Dozen rule for the produce, ask for specifics. You’ll also find raw, vegan and gluten-free options available.
What’s Served
They offer fruit bowls, acai bowls, salads, a small breakfast menu, bagels, wraps, sandwiches, cold-pressed juice, and smoothies.
What I Ordered
We ordered Sunny Garcia cold-pressed juice, a Big Surf Acai Bowl, a Biarritz Egg Soufflé. The açaí bowl was good but not fabulous, however, the granola was delish and the fruit toppings were fresh. Although most of the ingredients in the egg soufflé are not organic, the souffle itself was light and fluffy while the sliced tomato, kale, and cheese made for a great tasting combo. The organic juice was light, fresh, and yummy.
The Vibe
I’m a wannabe surfer girl at heart so I absolutely love the atmosphere at Cafe Surfinista. It’s a super fun place with TV’s, bar space, booths, and secluded off rooms. It’s heavy in surfboard, beach and surf photo decor, but not in a tacky way if that makes sense.
The Takeaway
Cafe Surfinista is a great spot to pick up an organic juice or healthy treat for breakfast or lunch. They also have another cool space in Cocoa Beach.
