What I Ordered
We ordered the Tofu scramble and the coconut chia pudding. The pudding was nice and creamy but a little on the thick side. The taste was spot on and not too sweet like others I’ve sampled. The scramble was fresh and filling with an earthy taste. The side of toast was delish and the fresh avo on the side complimented the dish well.
The Vibe
Southern Roots Filling Station is not much on curb appeal, but don’t let that deter you. The inside is updated and hip at this busy neighborhood eatery.
