Their fresh albacore is wild caught, however some of the seafood True Food Kitchen serves is farmed responsibly, ask for more specifics. The beef is 100% grass fed and the eggs and chicken are organic. They follow the clean 15/dirty dozen rule for their produce, which means they choose organic produce listed in the dirty dozen list and everything else is assumed nonorganic. They serve several organic wines, beers and liquors as well.

What I Ordered
The menu doesn’t vary much from location to location. I have ordered the Grass Fed Burger with sides of Kale Salad and Sweet Potato Cubes, as well as their Gluten Free Margherita Pizza. The GF pizza crust is one of the best I’ve had withe a perfect crispness and texture. However, overall the pizza itself was quite bland. I was very disappointed in the burger; the taste was off and the burger was not enjoyable. The Sweet Potatoes were nothing special but the Kale Salad was quite delish. Oh and I love some of their non-alcoholic specialty drinks.
