What’s Clean
Just about all of the ingredients are organic at The Juice Box. The only non-organic items are the peanut butter, eggs, and a few cheese choices. Plant-based and vegetarian cuisine make up most of the menu, while Gluten-Free and Paleo options are available.

The menu offers juices made to order, wellness shots, nut mylks, smoothies, small plates, toasts, grain and green bowls, and even organic wine and kombucha.
What I Ordered
I ordered the purple haze smoothie made with blueberries, banana, lavender, agave, and vanilla. The smoothie was vibrant in color and flavor with a nice consistency. It quickly became evident that the Juice Box takes clean food seriously, not only was this smoothie all organic, it was high-quality goodness for the tastebuds. In fact, so delish that I forgot to take a photo!

What a great find! The Juice Box is the only place in town offering clean food. In 2012, US News named the Lakeland area as one of the Top 10 most obese cities in the US. So thankful to the owner of Juice Box for bringing us clean options, kudos to you Megan! Sustainable practices are also important to Juice Box, more kudos! Visit their sister location inside the family YMCA at 3620 Cleveland Heights Blvd., Lakeland, FL 33803, membership to the Y is not required.
