What’s Clean
Most of the ingredients in the food and beverages served at Food For Thought Cafe are organic. Most menu items are vegan or vegetarian with a few gluten-free options.
What’s Served
The menu consists of breakfast options served all day, soup, salad, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, bowls, and juices.
What I Ordered
I ordered the Black Forest Smoothie and Breakfast English Muffin. The sprouted grain English Muffin arrived stuffed with egg, cheese, greens, and tomato accompanied by a nicely flavored zoodle salad on the side. The tasty and clean breakfast sandwich was light and airy and hit the spot. The Black Forest Smoothie had a good creamy texture but was a bit too sweet for my liking.
The Vibe
The cafe is located inside the market. It’s nothing fancy with simple decor, yet comfortable.
