Approximately 75% of all ingredients used are organic. The cartoned nut mylks are not. Located inside a modest yoga studio called Enso, with nice grounds to enjoy. Ordered the Sweet Grass smoothie which was tasty with good creamy consistency although a bit sweet. The menu states coconut water as the liquid ingredient, however they added Apple Juice which they say is standard…hence why it’s so sweet.
