At Le Pain Quotidien, all of the breads are organic, kneaded by hand and baked in stone-lined hearths. Many organic ingredients are utilized including the jams, eggs, nut mylks, and coffee. Seasonal ingredients are plentiful and the menu offers many gluten-free options including some baked goods and bread.

I love this place! The bread at Le Pain Quotidien is made with organic stone-ground flour, sea salt, water, and a wild yeast levain starter, it doesn’t get any better than that. A bakery that uses so many organic ingredients along with healthy baking methods is a rare find. They have another location in the Aventura Mall as well as many others across the US and other parts of the world.
