What I Ordered
I ordered the Cauliflower Steak which was quite literally, decadent art on a plate and almost too pretty to eat. I favored the creamy base and lemon flavor of the cauliflower, which was topped with pea shoots, radish slices, and dill…nice combo.
Plant is situated on the grounds of The Sacred Space Wellness Center. The atmosphere at Plant is modern and secluded with breathtaking landscape, a full bar, and a beautiful outdoor seating area. Without a doubt, the zen vibe at Plant is one of the most serene restaurant settings in the Southeast and definitely a top choice for a romantic date or special occasion. Valet parking is available on property, as well as off site street parking.
Plant is a fine dining restaurant situated in a private and tranquil setting serving new age vegan cuisine. Their creations are artful as well as delectable. However, the only challenge may be finding the restaurant; it’s just past the railroad tracks in an unassuming neighborhood of Miami. Lastly, there is nothing average about Plant; the scenery, vibe, clean food, artful presentation, and pleasant staff are all a step above, well maybe 3 steps above.
