At Amavida Coffee & Tea, they serve all organic coffee, teas, hot chocolate, smoothies, cold brews, and treats. Both their dairy and non-dairy milk choices are organic as well. Ask for more specifics regarding some of the toppings and bakery items.
What’s Served
Amavida serves Coffee every way including espresso, frozen, nitro, iced and hot. In addition, Amavida Coffee & Tea serves hot chocolate, tea and even a few fruit smoothies with protein offered as an add-on. They also provide a small kids menu which is something not often found in a coffee house. Bagged Organic coffee is for sale in the store as well as bottled juice, kombucha, and soft drinks. They also serve bakery goods that are baked fresh daily.
What I Ordered
It was a tough decision, but I ordered the Classic Hot Chocolate, and I was not disappointed with my choice. I opted for organic coconut mylk as my milk choice and couldn’t pass on the whipped cream topping. The coconut mylk was steamed making for a frothy yet rich hot chocolate treat. Lastly, a delish chocolate sauce was drizzled along the top of a melting dollop of whipped cream…heavenly! My traveling mate moaned with appreciation while sipping on a hot Cappu-Latte, ’twas rich and bold.
The Vibe
Located in the brand spanking new Market Shops of Sandestin, Amavida Coffee & Tea occupies a small corner unit with an inviting outdoor seating area just steps away. The coffee shop is clean and chic with a few bar seats available inside.
The Takeaway
They are doing good things correctly, in the sustainable and clean food worlds. Amavida is a Certified B Corporation which is no easy task to attain, big Kudos to them. And of course, they serve fantastic tasting and super clean coffee along with other delish treats. I dig this coffee house and everything they stand for.
