What’s Served
Skybird offers counter service with a limited list of raw and vegan small plates as well as house-made kombucha, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, lemonades, cold teas, and treats. Breakfast bites are served all day.
What I Ordered
Over the years I’ve sampled just about everything at Skyebird, but my go-to favorites are the Avocado Pudding, Ayurvedic Coffee Smoothie, and the Taco Salad. The Avo Pudding is creamy and decadent with a house-made Cashew Cream swirl in the center. I’ve turned many junk food adoring friends into lovers of this vegan treat; it tastes just as good as dairy pudding, if not better. The Ayurvedic Coffee Smoothie tastes like a coffee milkshake, but amazingly their isn’t any coffee in it. The Taco Salad is amazing; love the flavor of the mushroom-based taco meat, and the produce is always fresh and crisp. The Acai Jar, Overnight Oats, and Strawberry Lemonade are some of my top picks as well.
The Vibe
Skyebird is located in East End Market, which is Orlando’s premier food hall in the Audubon Park Community. East End Market is a hip and happening place that is always busy. Skybird has a nice bar overlooking their open kitchen that seats about a dozen people. There are many outdoor seating choices as well, both under shade or in the Florida sun.
The Takeaway
I love Skyebird Juice Bar & Experimental Kitchen. Not going to lie, this is my #1 place to eat and hang out in all of Central Florida. I absolutely adore everything I’ve ever sampled at Skybird and I would feel lost without them in my hometown. Oh, and in case you didn’t get this memo…Skybird makes the best chocolate avocado pudding ever!
