At Armavida Coffee & Tea, the coffee, cold brews, teas, hot chocolate, smoothies, are organic. All of the dairy and nut mylks are organic as well. The majority of the ingredients used in their baked treats are organic, ask for more specifics. The coffee is Fair Trade and sourced responsibly.
What’s Served
In addition to coffee brewed with organically grown coffee beans, Amavida Coffee & Tea serves hot chocolate, tea and a limited selection of smoothies. Bagged Organic coffee is for sale in each store as well as kombucha, soda, and bottled juice. You’ll also find confectionery treats baked fresh daily. A sampling of menu favorites includes the Frozen Mocha drink, the Fourberry Smoothie, Espresso Cubano, and the Americano.
What I Ordered
I had a difficult time choosing between their 3 enticing hot chocolate flavors: Belgian Dark, Classic, or Mayan Spice. I settled on their Classic Hot Chocolate, prepared with organic coconut mylk, then topped with a spoonful of fresh whipped cream. First of all, Armavida steamed the coconut mylk which is always a plus in my book. Next, the chocolate sauce was drizzled along the top of the melting whipped cream which melded into a cup of decadence. The chocolate flavor was rich along with the creamy texture and frothy top, well, that’s a yum!
The Vibe
Amavida Coffee & Tea’s Rosemary Beach location boasts a nostalgic vibe with a warm atmosphere. Indoor tables and seating is provided, as well as shaded outdoor seating.
The Takeaway
Finally, I’m a big fan of Amavida Coffee & Tea, they are doing good things in the sustainable and clean food worlds. Amavida is a Certified B Corporation which is no easy task to attain, thus a big congratulations to them for attaining that designation. I dig Amavida Coffee & Tea and everything they stand for. Above all, they serve fantastic tasting and super clean fair trade coffee and other delish treats.
