What’s Clean
The acai and produce are predominantly organic. The exceptions are the ginger, turmeric, citrus fruits, and pineapple. For the most part, the non-produce ingredients are organic except for the tortillas for the wraps and the chips. Roots Raw Juice Bar also serves Organic Kombucha on tap which is made in house.

Roots Raw Juice Bar offers an array of grab & go desserts, cold-pressed juices, kombucha, wraps, salads, wheatgrass shots, pitaya bowls, açaí bowls, and smoothies.
What I Ordered
We ordered a Fresh Chik’s Wrap on a Spinach Tortilla which arrived with a side of Pita Chips. The wrap was one of the better ones I’ve had in all my travels. The flavors of the Feta and Vinaigrette complimented the crispness of the tomatoes and romaine which made for a moist and tasty wrap. I’ve sampled several of their Organic Smoothies, Organic Kombucha, and Organic Desserts on previous visits and I have enjoyed everything that I’ve tried. One of my favorite desserts and a staple in my house is their cacao/date/coconut/almond bite balls.
The Vibe
Roots Raw Juice Bar in Sanford is located in a quiet area off the beaten path from nearby downtown Sanford. Tables are provided inside as well as along the sidewalk in front of the Juice Bar. The atmosphere is clean and inviting with a small neighborhood feel.
The Takeaway
The taste and quality of the food at Roots Raw Juice Bar is top-notch. As a result, they are definitely one of the best places in Sanford to grab a clean snack, treat or lunch. Give them a try next time you’re in the Sanford area, you won’t be disappointed.
