What’s Clean
All of the produce, coffee, and all other ingredients at Prema Organic Cafe are organic. The chicken is organic and the tuna is wild-caught. All of the food is void of GMOs, soy, and canola oil. In addition, everything is gluten-free and keto options are available. The portion of bananas in the smoothies is cut down and substituted with zucchini to lessen the glycemic/sugar content. Just about everything is made in-house including the avocado mayo and organic cashew milk used in the coffees and smoothies.
What’s Served
Prema Organic Cafe serves organic coffees made every which way including lattes, drips with grass-fed butter, MCT oil, or collagen, cold brews, and espresso. Over 10 different smoothies and smoothie bowls are offered, as well as salads, yogurt & granola bowls. The grab & go case is chock full of clean eats, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, and a few healthy treats, all organic of course. Clean eats include tuna salad, chicken salad, guacamole, and more.
What I Ordered
I ordered a Keto Chocolate Love smoothie which was off the charts delicious. Eleven cleverly selected ingredients were transformed into a thick and creamy smoothie with bold flavors of chocolate and peanut butter.
The Vibe
The staff at Prema Organic Cafe are super friendly and knowledgeable. There’s a lovely covered outdoor patio in front of the cafe where a handful of tables are available for dining. A limited amount of bar seating is available inside the cafe.
The Takeaway
Prema Organic cafe does clean food right, from start to finish. Not only are the recipes top-notch in the taste department, but they are also formulated to be low in natural sugars and as nutritious as possible. Everything is clean, organic, and scratch-made; it doesn’t get any cleaner than this. Prema Organic Cafe has earned the highest Clean Foodie ratings possible, an extremely rare 5 Avos in the clean category and 5 Avos as a yummy rating. This amazing cafe is a must-stop-here-now kinda place when anywhere near Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
