At Crop Juice, all of their ingredients for all of their menu items are 100% certified organic all of the time; no second guessing needed here. Their juice is raw, living and organic…nuff said! There may be some ingredients in the Grab & Go selection from local vendors that are not 100% organic.
What’s Served
Crop Juice offers the most diverse Cold Pressed Juice options I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Their juice choices range from 100% veggie juice, to fruit juices, to juices made with only Greens, to shots. In addition, they serve smoothies, blended drinks made with nut milks, warm lattes, coffee drinks aka Clean Caffeine, and coconut specialty drinks. Wait, there’s more; superfood bowls and a Grab & Go section with a varied assortment of desserts as well as fermented and specialty foods from local artisans. Everything they serve is vegan, organic and gluten free. Additionally, they serve acai bowls at their Gulf Gate location.
What I Ordered
Since this review was close to Valentine’s Day, I ordered the Sweetheart Smoothie and an Acai Bowl. The bowl was blended to order with a nice smooth consistency. Next, gluten free granola, sliced banana, kiwi, coconut flakes, chia seeds and drizzles of honey were added. The fruit was super fresh and overall the bowl was a definite 2 thumbs up, and no skimping on the portion size either! The smoothie was outstanding as well, with a creamy consistency and sweet taste of strawberry. Previously, I sampled all of their cold pressed juices, a nut mylk and a few smoothies at another location and everything was high quality with a robust taste.
The Vibe
Crop Juice is located in a strip mall in the Gulf Gate section of Sarasota. The interior setting is comfortable and earthy with pops of color. A couch and a few chairs are provided for seating.
The Takeaway
Crop Juice is a juice bar extraordinaire and they get extra points for using glass bottles to store their juice and nut mylks, YAY! I love Crop Juice! Be sure to stop by 1 of, or all 3 of their locations while in the Sarasota area.
