What’s Served
Vegan entrees are available as well as grab & go meals, snacks, desserts, juices, smoothies, and kombucha. Nutritious You provides an amazing array of spreads, crackers, and dips, which are all made in house.
What I Ordered
I ordered the house made onion crackers and a cashew cream spread, wow….so good. The onion crackers had a slight crunch to them and were bursting with flavor. The cashew cream spread was one of the best I’ve tasted, creamy and delish. I also took some treats along for the ride, and yes they were mostly chocolate. Everything I’ve ever sampled has been high quality and yummy.
The Vibe
Nutritious You is a small retail shop with a few small bites made to order. For the most part, they provide pre-made meals and grab & go items as well as beverages.
The Takeaway
Since Siesta Key is one of my fave beaches in Florida, this is my go-to place when vacationing in the area. Clean food and yummy treats to go. Thank you Nutritious You!
