What’s Clean
The chicken and produce are organic and the seafood is wild-caught. The chef stated that approximately 60% of all other ingredients are organic. The juices are not cold-pressed.
What’s Served
The menu at Earth is extensive and consists of grain and pasta bowls, small bites, tacos, wraps, sandwiches, breakfast served all day, desserts, smoothies, and juices. An avocado toast bar has been recently added as well.
What I Ordered
I ordered the Pad Thai with Rice Noodles and unfortunately, it was nothing to write home about. The dish was very bland; heavy on the noodles and light on the rest of the ingredients.
The Vibe
Earth has a small neighborhood cafe feel with seating inside and out.
The Takeaway
As of August 2018, the cafe is relatively new and the owners are working towards a more organic menu for the future. I was disappointed but I am giving them another shot because they are new owners and just getting their feet wet. I’m looking forward to another review at Earth soon.
