What’s Clean
Most items are scratch made including the breads, coconut yogurt, and bakery items. Everything is gluten free, 95%-100% organic and 95% local. Grab & Go meals and vegan options are available as well. They serve a different flavored alkaline water daily.
What’s Served
DeLITEful Kitchen serves breakfast all day, soup, grain bowls, salads, handhelds, sides, smoothies, acai and pitaya bowls, desserts, and a kid’s menu. They are now serving Mexican creations as well.
What I Ordered
I ordered the Avocado BLT which came with a side of potato salad. I couldn’t put the sandwich down, sooo good. The sandwich was moist, flavorful and filled with layers of avo, lettuce, tomato and bacon. I also sampled several baked items which were amazing in taste and quality.
The Vibe
A cheery and clean vibe with a neighborhood cafe feel. Outdoor seating is available in front of the restaurant.
The Takeaway
A must stop when in the Stuart FL area! DeLITEful Kitchen is a true hidden gem. This single Mom owner goes above and beyond and has outdone herself. Definitely a contender for the Clean Foodie top 10 list of clean eating restaurants in FL. Also, very moderately priced given the quality and yumminess. Every Tuesday is Taco Tuesday, stop by and eat some hard to find clean Mexican food. Check out some of her food pics on Instagram, thank me later. Oh, and they also cater.
