At Fruits & Roots Juice Bar, approximately 80% of all ingredients are organic with a similar percentage of menu items that are made in house from scratch. The breads, bagels, and dough are not organic.

What I Ordered
I ordered a house-made organic Cashew Mylk and the Raw Summer Rolls with Spicy Ginger Peanut Sauce…good stuff! The cashew mylk was smooth and yummy, not watered down like some. The summer rolls were fresh and moist while the peanut sauce was flavorful with just the right amount of kick.
The Vibe
The atmosphere is comfortable and chic with natural materials, bench seats, and traditional tables. Outdoor seating under roof cover is available as well.
The Takeaway
Fruits and Roots was a pleasant surprise and joy to review. Serving mostly clean and scratch-made vegan food in a nice atmosphere. Fruits & Roots Juice Bar & Vegan Cafe is 2 thumbs up.
